NACCAP High School Counselor Fly-In/Drive-In Event

You're working hard to support high school students, and we want to support you! Mark your calendar for Tuesday-Thursday, November 18-20, 2025 for a free High School Counselor Fly-In/Drive-In event at Asbury University, hosted in partnership with the North American Coalition for Christian Admissions Professionals (NACCAP).

What to Expect

We would love to host you on campus for a few days of networking with other counselors and experiencing Asbury campus life! During your visit, you'll...

  • Attend Chapel
  • Eat lunch in our Dining Hall
  • Hear from current students and staff about their Asbury experience
  • Participate in professional development sessions
  • Have free time to relax and enjoy the beauty of central Kentucky in the fall

This event is free to you and your school! We will cover the cost of all programming, meals, a private hotel room for 2 nights at a local hotel, AU gear, and round trip mileage reimbursement or flight reimbursement up to $400.

Registration space is limited, and we are accepting registrations on an application basis. 20 total slots are available.

  • Complete the short registration application below by September 26, 2025.
  • You will be notified of your application status by October 10, 2025, so that you have ample time to prepare travel plans.
  • The event will be held on Tuesday-Thursday, November 18-20, 2025.
