Group Visits
It’s hard to beat the experience of seeing Asbury for the first time with those you know best! We are happy to arrange group visits from schools, youth groups or other high school youth organizations. All group visits include a campus tour and a group admissions presentation to discuss the admissions process and financial aid.

What to Expect
All group visits include:
- Touring Asbury's beautiful campus
- Learning more about applying to college and financial aid during an admissions presentation
Visits with the above options usually take about 1.5 hours. If you visit during the school year, you have some additional options that will require additional time on campus:
- Attending Chapel (if you arrive before 10:00 am on a Monday, Wednesday, or Friday morning)
- Eating lunch in the dining hall (free for high school aged students)
Once you register, our Visit Team will work with you to create your customized schedule. You can also tour specific departments (Media, Equine, etc.), and we may have additional activities available depending on your group's size and interests. If you’re looking to fill up a whole day, check out Asbury’s Challenge Course!
Middle or elementary school visits are only offered on Tuesdays/Thursdays and only include a campus tour. A minimum of one chaperone for every 12 students is required.
