Group Visits at Asbury University
Come visit.
Bring your crew!
It’s hard to beat the experience of seeing Asbury for the first time with those you know best! We are happy to arrange group visits from schools, youth groups or other high school youth organizations. All group visits include a campus tour and a group admissions presentation to discuss the admissions process and financial aid.
Things to Know Before You Visit
  • Visits on Monday, Wednesday or Friday mornings during the school year will include chapel if you arrive before 10 a.m.
  • Visits during the school year can include a free lunch in the dining hall for high school aged students.
  • Visits that include a tour and admissions presentation typically last about 1.5 hours. Additional activities such as lunch or departmental tours (MediaEquine, etc.) will require additional time on campus.
  • Depending on the interests and size of your group, we do have some additional activities available, and if you’re looking to fill up a whole day, check out Asbury’s Challenge Course as an option!
  • Middle or elementary school visits are only offered on Tuesdays/Thursdays and only include a campus tour. A minimum of one chaperone for every 12 students is required.
