    Why do you need my name and personal information?
    We need to collect personal details such as your name, email address and mailing address so we can confirm your registration and/or send you information about our programs and financial aid and keep you updated on your application status.

    How will you use my information?
    If you have requested information from us, registered for an event on our campus, or subscribed to our communications, we will contact you via email and postal mail to tell you about our news, services, scholarships and financial aid, events and any admissions-related deadlines. If you apply for admission to the University, you may receive occasional phone calls from the Admissions Office with information about your application.

    Can I unsubscribe from emails or other communications?
    Our email communications will continue to have a clear option to unsubscribe from future Asbury University communications. You can change your details or communication preferences at any time by contacting us at admissions@asbury.edu or (859) 858-5000.

    Who can see my information?
    Only Asbury University employees can access your data. We do allow restricted and secure access to certain employees of our database management team should we need system support.

    Will you share my information with anyone?
    We only share your data with:

    • Our mailing house (e.g., to distribute the postal mail that you receive from us)
    • This online email management system which is GDPR compliant
    • Specific, authorized campus leaders and volunteer student ambassadors who will be meeting with you when you visit our campus.
