    Friday, April 14th

    8:00 - 8:30 AMCheck- In // Miller Center for Communication Arts
    Check in and pick up your event folder with name lanyard, a school excuse card, and other campus information, and then grab a snack and get to know fellow students.
    8:30 - 8:45 AMOrientation // CA 311 Miller Center Screening Room
    Everyone comes together for an overview of the event schedule with Asbury’s Visit Coordinator.

    Meet in the Admissions Office to receive a full tour of campus given by a current student.
    10:00 AMChapel // Hughes Auditorium

    Attend chapel with our current student body. Chapel occurs three days a week, and the speakers come from a variety of places, denominations and backgrounds. It is the foundation of the Faith, Learning, & Experience (FLEX) program, for which all students must fulfill a credit requirement. Look for Admissions Ambassadors inside the auditorium to show you where to sit.

    Grab lunch in the Dining Hall and then head to the Grey Room to visit with other students interested in the Media Communication and Theatre programs at Asbury.

    4:00 PMConnect with Your Overnight Host // Miller Center Main Lobby
    Meet in the Miller Center main lobby (2nd floor) to pick up your luggage. Ambassadors will be leading groups from Miller to the residence halls to get you connected with your overnight host.
    5:00 PMDinner // Dining Hall 
    Head to the Dining Hall with your student host or with new friends to enjoy dinner and conversation.
    7:00-8:30 PMPopcorn Bar // Miller Center Cafe
    Come to the Miller Cafe with your overnight host to get some popcorn, meet other students, and hang out for the evening!
    9:00 PMThe Ten-Minute Play Festival // Miller Center Greathouse Theatre
    See original short plays written, directed, and acted by students. Enjoy dessert theater with cabaret seating. Tickets are required for this event and can be purchased at the door.

    Saturday, April 15th

    11:00 AM - 1:00 PMBrunch // Dining Hall Grey Room
    Enjoy brunch in the dining hall as you get to know current students and fellow guests. 
    1:00 PMBehind-the-Scenes Miller Tour // Meet in Miller Center Front Lobby
    Interested in studying Media Communication? Then you need a tour of our impressive Miller Center for Communication Arts building by Dr. Jim Owens, Dean of the School of Communication Arts.
    2:00 PMLuce Physical Activities Center Tour (Optional) // Meet in the Luce Center Lobby
    Those meeting with athletic coaches may have the chance to see the Luce Center during their coach meeting, but the Luce is not restricted to athletes. All students are welcome to use the Luce weight room, pool, indoor track, racquetball courts, climbing wall, and more! Come see the space and the opportunities available.

    Rest and take time to get dressed up and ready for the Highbridge Film Festival tonight!
     
    5:00 PM Dinner // Dining Hall 
    If you are staying for dinner, you are welcome to enjoy a relaxed meal with other guests or current students in our Dining Hall.
    7:00 PMHighbridge Film Festival // Hughes Auditorium
    Presented by Asbury University School of Communication Arts. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Ticket required for admission (two tickets/student will be provided at Check-In). Formal attire encouraged.
