    Friday, April 26th

     Check in and pick up your event folder with meal tickets, your nametag, a school excuse card, and other campus information, and then grab a snack.
    8:30 - 8:45 AMOrientation // Student Center
     Everyone comes together for an overview of the event schedule with Asbury’s Visit Coordinator.

    Meet in the Admissions Office to receive a full tour of campus given by a current student.
    10:00 AMChapel // Hughes Auditorium
     Attend chapel with our current student body. Today's speaker is Michael Swanson, an Entertainment Executive from NBC Universal.  Asbury students are required to attend chapel three days each week, and the speakers come from a variety of places, denominations, and backgrounds. Look for Admissions Ambassadors inside the auditorium to show you where to sit.

    Join us for a celebration of the country flags that represent our student body going up in the Student Center, as well as a new project highlighting some of our international students.  There will be a short program at the beginning, followed by open house style cookies, tea, and coffee.
     
    Residence Hall Tours // Admissions Office (Hager Administration Building)
    Meet in the Admissions Office to get an inside look at Asbury's residence halls.  There will be separate tours for both men's and women's halls.
    (Note: While opposite-gender family members are not typically allowed on residence hall tours, we do make an exception during visit events.)
    5:00 PMPizza with Your Overnight Host // Student Center
     Come grab pizza for dinner, pick up your luggage, and meet your overnight host.
    7:30 PM Friday Night Live // Miller Center Greathouse Theatre
     Come enjoy an evening of student improvisation and sketch comedy.

    Saturday, April 27th 

    9:00 AMBreakfast // Cafeteria Gray Room
     Enjoy a continental breakfast including bagels, pastries, cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice, and coffee. You will also hear from guest speaker Danielle Miller about academics, spiritual life, and community at Asbury.
    10:00 AMStudent Panel // Cafeteria Gray Room
     Hear from some of our current students about life at Asbury. You will have time to ask questions of the panel, as well.
    11:00 AMBehind-the-Scenes Miller Tour // Meet in Miller Center Front Lobby
     Interested in studying Media Communication? Then you need a tour of our impressive Miller Center for Communication Arts building by Dr. Jim Owens, Dean of the School of Communication Arts.
    12:00 PMLunch // Cafeteria
     Feel free to sit anywhere in the Cafeteria and enjoy a relaxed lunch while talking to other guests or current students.
    1:15 PMLuce Physical Activities Center Tour // Meet on Luce Center Front Steps
     Those meeting with athletic coaches may have the chance to see the Luce Center during their coach meeting, but the Luce is not restricted to athletes. All students are welcome to use the Luce weight room, pool, indoor track, racquetball courts, climbing wall, and more! Come see the space and the opportunities available.

     Presented by Asbury University School of Communication Arts. Doors open at 7:00 p.m. Ticket required for admission. Formal attire encouraged.
     Red Carpet Reception // Miller Center for Communication Arts
    Join us for a reception immediately following the conclusion of the Highbridge Film Festival.

     
    ADMISSION TO THE RED CARPET RECEPTION IS INCLUDED IN THE FESTIVAL PASS FEE.
