    Pick up your event folder, including school excuse, nametag, meal lanyard, and information about opportunities at Asbury.

    (Students) Meet your Counselors // Various Classrooms
    Students, this is your chance to get to know your Admissions Counselor and other students from around where you live.
    (Parents) Meet with Admissions // Miller Screening Room (311)
    Parents, you will hear from Asbury’s Admissions leadership concerning academics, spiritual life, campus life, and the Admissions process.
    8:10 - 8:45 PM
    Orientation // Miller Screening Room (311)

    In this session, you will hear a welcome from Asbury University President, Dr. Kevin Brown, as well as hear from current Asbury students about how they chose Asbury. Our Visit Coordinator will also talk through the event schedule.
    8:45 PMDismiss to Rooms  // Hang Out with Overnight Hosts // HICCUP Sundaes
    Parents, you will be dismissed at this time. We will see you in the morning! Prospective students, you will meet up with your overnight hosts, drop off your bags in the residence halls, and then head to the HICCUP Café for an ice cream social with your host! Student Ambassadors will be directing to residence halls and the ice cream social after the Orientation session. If you are a prospective student staying off-campus, you are welcome to attend the ice cream social before leaving campus for the night.
    9:00 - 10:00 PMOptional: Jazz Ensemble and Handbell Choir Concert // Rader Student Center
    All families are invited to attend. Admission is free.
    Friday
    8:00 AMBreakfast (for those who stayed overnight) // Dining Hall
    Hot breakfast is served until 8:30 a.m. Continental breakfast that includes bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and coffee is served until 9:30 a.m.
    9:00 AMFor Parents: Financial Aid Seminar // Bennett-Bernard Auditorium (Morrison 206)
    This session is directed at parents and is led by our Director of Financial Aid, Leslie Kurtz. There will be time for Q&A at the end of the presentation.

    10:00 AMChapel // Hughes Auditorium
    Attend chapel with our current student body. Chapel occurs three days a week, and the speakers come from a variety of places, denominations and backgrounds. It is the foundation of the Faith, Learning, & Experience (FLEX) program, for which all students must fulfill a credit requirement. Our Spring Preview chapel speaker is Tiffany Walz ’08 Hassler, Asbury University Alumni Board President. Look for Admissions Ambassadors inside the auditorium to show you where to sit.
    11:00 AMFaculty Panel // Bennett-Bernard Auditorium (Morrison 206)
    Three faculty members will share about why they teach at Asbury, exciting things happening in their departments, how their faith influences academic life, and how they are involved with students.
    12:00 PMLunch // Dining Hall Gray Room
    Everyone will grab food from the Dining Hall and bring it back into the Gray Room to eat with other guests and our Admissions Team.

    Luce Center Tour: Stop by the lobby of the Luce Physical Activities Center to meet current athletes and Asbury Eagles staff. Tours of the athletics facilities will leave from the lobby at 1:00 and 1:30.
    Residence Hall Tours: Meet in the Admissions Welcome Center for a full residence hall tour guided by a current student. We will have tours for men's and women's residence hall separately.

    Campus Tour: Meet in the Admissions Welcome Center to get a full tour of campus given by a current student.
    Equine Center Tour: Drive out to our Equine Center (744 Shanty Hill Road) and meet at the main barn for a tour of our 300-acre equine farm located alongside the Kentucky River. Limited shuttle space is available and the shuttle will be leaving from our Admissions Welcome Center at 1:55PM.
    Residence Hall Tours: Meet in the Admissions Welcome Center for a full residence hall tour guided by a current student. We will have tours for men's and women's residence hall separately.

    Stop by the Admissions Office to turn in your event survey and receive a gift from us in return. Surveys can be found in your folder and parent packet. There will be extra surveys at the front desk in the Admissions Office. 
    7:30 - 9:00 PMOptional: Asbury Worship Collective Live Album Recording // Shaw CLC Luce Auditorium 
    For those still in town, the Worship Arts Department invites you to join the live album recording of the Asbury Worship Collective. Come join our student body for a night of worship and community in the Shaw CLC Luce Auditorium. Tickets are $8 for students and $15 for general admission, and you can purchase them at https://www.onthestage.tickets/show/asbury-worship-collecitive/.
    Our Eagle Outlet will be open from 8-5pm on Friday.
