    Thursday, January 25th

    8:00 - 8:30 PMCheck-In // Salvation Army Student Center (402 W College St)
    Check in and pick up your event folder with your name tag, a school excuse card, and other information, and then grab a snack.
    8:30 - 9:00 PMOrientation // SASF Center
    In this group session of both parents & students, you will hear from Asbury’s Visit Coordinator and talk through the event schedule, hear a current Asbury student’s story about how he chose Asbury, and hear from Salvation Army leadership.
    9:00 - 9:30 PMMeet your Student Hosts // SASF Center
    Salvationists meet at the SASF Center to meet host/hostess.
    (Snacks will be provided).

    Friday, January 26th

    7:30 AMHot Breakfast Service // Dining Hall
    Hot breakfast is served until 8am. There is also continental breakfast including bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and coffee served until 9:30am. Asbury Admissions Staff will be joining you for breakfast.
    8:00 AMBreakfast Speaker // Dining Hall Grey Room
    Enjoy breakfast in the Grey Room while hearing from our event speaker, Dr. Nathan Miller, as he shares about the importance of a liberal arts education.

    Attend chapel with our current student body. Asbury students are required to attend chapel three days each week, and the speakers come from a variety of places, denominations and backgrounds. Look for Admissions Ambassadors inside the auditorium to show you where to sit.

    Stop by to learn more about the Salvation Army summer camp and how you can be involved!
    11:00 AMFor Parents: Financial Aid Seminar // Kinlaw Library Board Room
    This session is directed at parents and is led by our Director of Financial Aid, Leslie Kurtz. There will be time for Q&A at the end of the presentation.

    Students, this is your chance to get to know your Admissions Counselor and other Salvationist students interested in studying at Asbury. 
    1:00-4:00 PM Hiccup Milkshakes // Student Center
    Enjoy a free milkshake from the Hiccup Café and catch the end of the Summer Camp Fair for the prize drawings at 4 p.m.

    Admissions Open House: Stop by the Admissions Welcome Center to sign up for a meeting with your Admissions Counselor, fill out an application for admission to Asbury, or just to eat some of our afternoon snacks.
    Athletics Open House: Stop by the Luce Activities Center to learn more about our 16 NCAA DIII athletics teams, see our facilities, and meet current athletes and coaches.
    Attend a Class: Choose to attend a class based on your potential future major or minor. All professors on the provided list are expecting guests.
    Campus Tour: Meet in the Admissions Welcome Center to get a full tour of campus given by a current student.

    Equine Center Tour // 744 Shanty Hill Rd: Drive out to our Equine Center (744 Shanty Hill Road) and meet at the main barn for a tour of our 300-acre equine farm located alongside the Kentucky River. Limited shuttle space is available, and the shuttle will be leaving from our Admissions Welcome Center at 2:55 p.m.

    Enjoy dinner with your student hosts in the Dining Hall.
    6:00 PMFun at the SASF Center - Family Invited
    Join us for a time of games, snacks, and conversation.

    Join Major Paul Cain as he walks through what the college process looks like for parents and answers common questions that parents have.
    1:30 - 3:30 PMPhoto Scavenger Hunt "Signs and Wanders" // SASF Center
    Dress warm and wear comfortable shoes while exploring Asbury and Wilmore.
    3:30 PM(Optional) All-America Brass Band & Lexington Brass Concert // Jameson Recital Hall 
    6:00 PMDinner // SASF Center
    Enjoy a dinner at the SASF with your student hosts.
    7:30 PMStudent Panel // SASF Center
    Hear from our student cabinet and have the chance to ask current Salvationist students about their Asbury experience.
    9:00 PMGame Show - Match Game // SASF Center
    Join us for some late night fun as we enjoy snacks and host a game show match game.
